Berry Frutol is a unique combination of omega-3 fatty acids and antioxidants that helps to support optimal cardiovascular health. Recent research suggests that DHA and EPA support already healthy triglyceride levels by promoting healthy fatty acid metabolism. In a randomized, placebo-controlled trial, supplementation with 1.28 g of DHA and EPA daily for 12 weeks supported healthy serum triglyceride levels within a normal range. Berry EFA Plus provides 875mg of DHA and EPA, is high in vitamin C, and contains 30 mg of anthocyanins per serving.*
Recommendation:
